Merci!

Few people will put their bodies on the line for the benefit of others. Even fewer will do so without wanting credit for their efforts. But on the gridiron you will find five individuals who do just that. Play after play the offensive line give hits and take hits in the brutal battle that takes place in the trenches. There is no glory in being an offensive lineman and no stats that truly show their sacrifice. Where others accumulate stats and are given praise for their accomplishments the offensive line silently does their job so that others may reap the rewards. They are rarely acknowledged for their fight but without them the quarterback would never get the ball to the receivers and running backs wouldn’t gain a yard. They are both the front line of battle and the first line of defence where, for those who choose to do it, it is done for nothing more than pride and self-satisfaction. It is time that recognition is given and respect is paid to the overlooked fewProud VIKING parent - 7 septembre 2007
Well here we are in the middle of the season and it seems we are getting ready to play football in the snow AGAIN. I understand it's still pretty early in the game but you can't help but see where this is going. What a great football program we are fortunate to have here on Ile Bizard. The bantam team is looking great. Especially coming from no where. I see so much pride. Players and coaches who are new to our organization and now understand how much of a family it is. The Atomes who are doing really well. Mosquitoes who are showing a lot of heart. And finally those Peewee's. What a team. Coach Andre and his staff are doing wonders. I broke it down, there are 17 players not on the roster from that last Championship team. A whole bunch of new kids too! How is all that possible. Enthusiasim is what I say. We need to unite as a community and get behind the teams!!!!Coach André 30 octobre 2006

We have been part of the park for 5 years(and seen alot of other parks and coaching staffs) and I could honestly say "The Vikings" have heart, integrity, honesty, discipline and dignity along with alot of drive for excellence, team work, and achievement.
My boys have learned to be young men through their football experiences.
William Barclay once wrote, "Endurance is not just the ability to bear a hard thing, but to turn it into glory."
My boys have seen this time and again in the past 5 years and they have learned invaluable lessons that will stay with them into their adult years. It's bigger than football people.
It's investments in the next generation our children.
Thanks to all the coaches/managers/and coutless other volunteers who are so passionate about these kids and the cause
SOMETHING A PARENT WROTE LAST YEAR
I would like to say that it is a privilege to have my kid play in such an organized association. Kudos to all the coaches of all levels who are genuinely concerned about our guys and who give their time unselfishly. I myself cannot do half of what these mentors do. Again thank you to all involved. It is a fantastic alternative to what our youngsters face today.THANK YOU
From a very happy parent.
