Over 23 000 youth in Québec from elementary to high school play football. The sport makes more and more followers. Enough that it is now possible to play all year round. Many possibilities are offered to top level athletes as well as beginners who wish to train during the off season.

Every summer the Carabins organise a specialized football camp for young players between the ages of 9 and 14, under the CEPSUM day camp for sports. Supervised by a group of football experts, including coaches and players from the Carabins, the young players can push the limits of their learning on the technical, theorical, physical and strategical levels.

Over 200 players aged between 14 to 17 years old are invited to register for the football camp that will take place during spring break. (Invitation required.)

During 2 days in the spring, the Alouettes players invite youths aged from 7 to 17, boys or girls to train with them. There, the kids are grouped based on their age and their physical condition and receive advice from the Alouettes players.

L’édition 2010 de la clinique des entraîneurs du Vert & OR approche à grands pas. André Bolduc et son équipe d’entraîneur vous offre l’opportunité d’assister à des séminaires de qualité et d’apprendre dans un format unique lors de la clinique d’entraîneur du Vert & Or qui se tiendra le 19 et le 20 février 2010. Notre clinique, d’un format tout à fait spécial, vous permettra en peu de temps d’approfondir vos connaissances et de découvrir des techniques d’entraînement du football de haut niveau.
Plusieurs séminaires seront offerts aux participants en plus de l’observation en direct d’éducatifs dans une situation d’entraînement. Vous pourrez également échanger avec les conférenciers invités, dont Pierre-Luc Labbé, des Blue Bombers de Winnipeg (LCF) et Étienne Boulay, des Alouettes de Montréal (LCF).
